Communication with Louisiana Foundation Against Sexual Assault is confidential, with the following exceptions:
1. When the communicator has provided permission for LaFASA to contact others on their behalf;
2. In cases of unreported sexual or physical abuse/neglect of children or vulnerable adults; 3. In cases of threatened harm to self or others.
