Communications with Louisiana Foundation Against Sexual Assault are confidential, with the following exceptions: 1. When the caller has provided permission for LaFASA to contact others on his/her behalf; 2. In cases of unreported sexual or physical abuse/neglect of children or vulnerable adults; 3.
