Join the Movement to End Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Against People with Disabilities People with disabilities experience sexual assault and domestic violence at epidemic rates. Yet, too often, the services and systems that survivors of these crimes turn to for support and justice are unable to meet the needs of survivors with disabilities. Disability organizations, rape crisis centers, and domestic violence programs are coming together across the country to create a bridge to services for survivors with disabilities, and to ensure that they have equal access to supports and justice options that are critical to surviving violence and healing after trauma. This small but growing movement needs your commitment and experience. Please attend this conference or consider sharing your expertise on October 31 and November 1 in Louisville KY. >>>>>>>>>>>>Check Vera.org for more information<<<<<<<<<<<< ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
